At Deschutes Tech Guild, we strive to create an inclusive, respectful, and engaging environment for all participants. We expect all members, speakers, and attendees to follow this Code of Conduct to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone.

Treat all members with respect, kindness, and courtesy, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, disability, or experience level. Harassment will not be tolerated.

2. Foster a Collaborative Environment

Engage in open, honest, and constructive conversations. Critique ideas, not people. Encourage healthy debates but avoid personal attacks or dismissive language.

3. Maintain a Safe and Productive Space

Engage in activities and discussions that are relevant to the mission of the Deschutes Tech Guild: creating opportunities to learn, connect, and share knowledge for personal and professional growth.

4. Respect for the Event and the Venue

Follow all venue-specific rules and guidelines, whether at an in-person event or during virtual gatherings.
